RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS
At the time of reservation confirmation, 20% of the total amount must be paid in advance as a “Reservation Confirmation,” implying acceptance of the conditions detailed below.
Confirming the reservation means that, from that moment, the restaurant may need to decline other requests for the same date due to space limitations. Therefore, later cancellation of the group involves the following cancellation fees:
Between one month and 1 week before the event: 20% of the total event amount, meaning the “Reservation Confirmation” payment is non-refundable.
Between 1 week and 48 hours in advance: 50% of the total event amount.
Between 48 hours and 24 hours in advance: 75% of the total event amount.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or a “no-show,” 100% of the total event amount will be charged.
MENU AND NUMBER OF GUESTS POLICY
Both the menu and the number of guests must be confirmed at least 4 days prior to the reservation date. Please inform us of any changes in the number of guests at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full amount for the initially confirmed menus will be charged.
Please notify us at the time of confirmation if any guest is vegetarian or has allergies.
It is also possible to create a menu and beverage package according to your budget.
Vegetarian menus can be prepared upon request.
PRICING POLICY
Menu prices strictly correspond to the quoted menu. Substituting dishes or drinks for any reason (preferences, intolerances, allergies, etc.) may incur an additional charge, determined by the complexity of managing the menu. VAT is included.
SEATING POLICY
The restaurant will try, as far as possible, to accommodate requests regarding the group’s seating. However, due to operational constraints, a specific location cannot be guaranteed.
EXCLUSIVITY POLICY
It is also possible to reserve the restaurant for total exclusivity. Please inquire about prices depending on the season.
For operational reasons, punctual arrival of groups is strongly requested.
